Facilities Maintenance Technician

Culpeper Wellness Foundation is seeking a part-time (20-25 hours per week) skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain facilities, grounds, equipment, aquatic systems, and building infrastructure across multiple locations, including recreation centers, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and commercial properties.

This hands-on role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, aquatic systems maintenance, and facility improvement projects to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming environments.

The ideal candidate has experience in facility or property maintenance, working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems, and the ability to troubleshoot issues and complete a broad range of maintenance tasks independently. Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate vendors, and deliver excellent service.
