Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Review information for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Verify and correct data discrepancies.
Organize and maintain digital records and files.
Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
Respond to internal requests for information and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company data management policies.
Collaborate with team members to support administrative processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
