Job description*:

The Payroll Technology Lead will own and drive payroll system operations, transformation initiatives, and ongoing optimization for global payroll (with emphasis on EMEA and APAC regions).

This role combines deep technical expertise in payroll platforms (especially ADP GlobalView and EY-managed systems), integration management, compliance, configuration, and project leadership to support payroll redesign, implementation, vendor coordination, and business alignment.

The position serves as a key subject matter expert and primary point of contact for payroll technology, ensuring accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and seamless integration with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and other enterprise systems.

1. Payroll System Ownership & Vendor Management:

- Act as the internal point of contact for ADP Global View and EY payroll platforms.

- Manage system service requests, vendor communications, issue resolution, and employee self-service payroll-related escalations.

- Coordinate with external payroll vendors to address system issues, enhancements, and support needs.
