Job description*:

· Role: Sr Developer /Designer for Salesforce Industry/Vlocity CPQ - EPC /CPQ / OM /ESM

· Certifications: OmniStudio Developer /Consultant, Industries CPQ Developer, Platform Developer I

· 4–10 years of experience in designing and developing Salesforce Industry/Vlocity CPQ, including EPC /CPQ /OM /ESM modules, preferably within the Telco domain

· Hands-on experience across one or more modules:

o Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) – 2 Roles: Sr Developer + Designer

o Configure Price Quote (CPQ) – 2 Roles: Sr Developer + Designer

o Order Management (OM) – 2 Roles: Sr Developer + Designer

o Enterprise Service Management (ESM) – 2 Roles: Sr Developer + Designer

· Good understanding of end-to-end telco journey (product pricing order fulfilment service)

· Experience in OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)

· Strong Apex and LWC development experience for extending Industries solutions

· Experience integrating Salesforce with downstream systems (billing, provisioning, inventory)

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills

. Velocity Enterprise service management.
