Full Stack Application Developer (Offshore Work From Home)

Nair Systems is currently looking Full Stack Application Developer – (Offshore – Work From Home) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Full Stack Application Developer designs, builds, and maintains the server-side and web-facing components of COMPANY's digital financial services platform. The role demands deep expertise across .NET Core / .NET Framework backend services, Angular web frontend, and relational database integration (MS SQL Server, Oracle DB), delivered within a security-first engineering culture that meets customers and regulatory requirements, and financial-grade up-time expectations.

The developer operates across the entire SDLC — from requirement analysis and architectural input through production deployment and post-go-live monitoring — contributing to a collaborative team that values code quality, automated testing, and AI-accelerated engineering practices.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Relevant certifications accepted.

Experience5+ years of professional full stack development experience. At least 3 years with .NET Core and Angular in production environments.

Financial Systems: Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services applications strongly preferred.

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent .NET/Azure certification. OWASP certifications advantageous.

Methodologies: Agile/Scrum experience required. Familiarity with SAFe, Kanban, or equivalent scaled delivery frameworks.

Security: Demonstrable application of secure coding practices; knowledge of OWASP Top 10, SANS CWE Top 25.

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Experience with Java Spring Boot for polyglot microservices environments.

• Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic administration and deployment.

• Exposure to message brokers: RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Apache Kafka.

• Knowledge of payment gateway integration (ISO 8583, ISO 20022, or Mastercard APIs).

• Experience building financial dashboards with charting libraries (ECharts, AG Grid, Highcharts).

• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Application Insights, or ELK stack for observability.
