Position Overview

In this role, you will connect with members who have already requested information about available benefit programs. You will help schedule virtual appointments, confirm details, answer basic questions, and guide members through the next steps in a clear and professional way.

No prior experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You’ll Do

Reach out to members who requested information

Schedule virtual meetings using phone, video, and online tools

Confirm appointment details and send reminders

Explain the next steps in a simple way

Answer general questions professionally

Follow up with members who need additional support

Keep notes, records, and appointment details organized

Update basic information in the system

Track appointments and follow-ups using digital tools

Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
