Position Details

Position: Sales Associate (B2B Sales)

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Business Development & Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients in assigned territories.

• Present and promote robotic cleaning solutions, including one-time services and AMC plans.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, demonstrations, and requirement assessments.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.

• Build strong relationships with facility managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.

Eligibility & Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

• Comfortable with field sales, cold calling, and client visits.

• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile reporting systems.

• Two-wheeler mandatory (fuel allowance provided).

• Experience in B2B sales, facility management, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
