Sourcing Tech & Non-Tech Services Manager - 5A

The Sourcing Tech & Non-Tech Services Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and category management for tech services and professional services across U.S. + Canada regions in the FMCG/CPG/Manufacturing domain. This role drives cost optimization, service quality, supplier performance, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with North America’s regulatory, labor, safety, and data privacy regulations. The position partners are Technology, Operations, Facilities, Engineering, Finance, Legal, EHS, and quality stakeholders

Job Descriptio

n:Develop and execute category strategies for Tech Services and Professional Services aligned with business and operational goa

lsManage end-to-end category lifecycle, including spend analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimizati

onIdentify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and preferred supplier programs across sit

esLead large sourcing events (RFP, RFQ, RFI) for professional services and tech services categori

esNegotiate commercial terms, pricing models, service levels (SLAs), and master service agreements (MSA

s)Support building sourcing pipelines for the category in the region and helping regional buyers drive sourcing project

s.Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and cost avoidance initiatives with services supplie

rsAct as a strategic business partner to Technology, Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, and
