Full-Cycle Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join a growing team and support hiring across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing hard-to-find talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies

Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods

Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Support offer discussions and candidate closing activities

Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system data

Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments

Experience sourcing passive candidates

Proven success filling difficult or niche positions

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
