Description:

Our client in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager with QuickBooks experience. The position details are as follows.

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day full cycle accounting duties including accruals and reconciliations

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable including purchase orders, records maintenance, expenses and payments

Reconcile multiple bank accounts

Manage general ledger and fixed assets

Prepare and review weekly payroll

Maintain coherent system of accounts with a supporting filing system

Prepare and review employee expense reports for accuracy

Remit sales taxes to various entities and states

Provide clerical and administrative back-up support as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of Bookkeeping

Proficient in QuickBooks

Advanced Excel is a plus
