We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations remotely. You’ll assist with scheduling, document preparation, customer/vendor communication, and general office administration to help teams run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate time-sensitive appointments
Handle email and phone inquiries; respond or route requests as needed
Prepare, edit, and format documents (memos, reports, presentations, spreadsheets)
Maintain organized files (digital folders, trackers, and documentation)
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense submissions (if applicable)
Update and maintain databases, contact lists, and internal tracking sheets
Support onboarding/offboarding tasks (collecting forms, scheduling trainings)
Assist with bookkeeping support tasks (invoices, vendor documentation—if applicable)
Ensure timely follow-up on tasks using checklists and task management tools
Provide administrative support for projects and meetings
