2. Maintaining and update general ledger and sales journal

3. Obtain approval to satisfy vendor statements

4. Prepare, fulfill and distribute checks

5. Request and process W-9 forms from new vendors

6. process wire transfer requests

7. Prepare and gain approval for POs

8. Scan, file and log accounting documents

Note: Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs
