Perform routine clerical and administrative duties. - Organize files, prepare documents, and support other staff. - Answer telephones, take messages, & transfer calls - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes - Prepare memos, invoices,, or other reports - Maintain databases and filing systems (electronic & paper) - Perform basic bookkeeping - Use computer software to schedule appointments, manage electronic records, create spreadsheets, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents - Negotiate with vendors, buy supplies, and manage stockrooms - Use videoconferencing, fax, scanner, cash register, and other office equipment - Review incoming documents - Conduct research - Process insurance claims -.Process payments - Familiar with dental terminology, dental codes, dental procedures, and electronic dental records.
