About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and experienced Administration Manager to join our dynamic national business. Located in our Youngstown office, this position is offering the successful candidate unique career progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and coordinating Client Services operations in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, completion of tasks and continue to ensure client service is to a high standard. This position acts as a mentor and trainer and is the conduit for communications, supporting various levels of stakeholders. An important aspect of the role is focusing on increasing efficiencies within the team through improved processes and staff development.

As the successful candidate, you will need to be an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative and a flexible and positive attitude. This is an exciting and varied role which will see you interact with people at all levels across the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and stakeholders;

Acting as an escalation point for Client Services team members and ensure exceptional client service is provided at all times;

Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner; and

Providing ongoing support and feedback to staff, including assisting in the facilitation of learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

3 + years’ experience in similar role;

Experience in the implementation of client strategies;

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;

Resourceful, motivated, highly organised, resilient and solutions orientated.
