Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Specialist for a very important client.

Sr. HR Specialist - Contractor Administration role.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage the contractor process as well as support employee onboarding.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Contractor Administration

-Manage the life cycle of the contractor within iCIMS and ServiceNow systems within SLAs utilizing established, written procedures.

-Manage the Contractor inbox and respond to communications timely and accurately.

-Provide guidance to managers regarding onboarding and offboarding procedures.

-Partner on iCIMS data clean up through analyzing reports and updating system with accurate information.

-Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency of data entry and data integrity.

Employee Onboarding

-Process onboarding of new employees into Employee Central (HRIS) and e-Verify

-Assit with the I-9 verification process within iCIMS

-Respond to communications in the Onboarding inbox timely and accurately

-Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency of data entry and data integrity.


The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

-Minimum 3 years administrative experience

-Impeccable data entry skill and high-level attention to detail in order to ensure data integrity is maintained

-Ability to think critical and apply learnings

-Ability to learn and remember multiple processes quickly

-Ability to run reports, audit and analyze data for inconsistencies, outliers, errors, etc.

-Experience with iCIMS (or similar Applicant/Onboarding Tracking system),

-Success factors Employee Central is a plus

-Ability to provide excellent customer service in person, via phone, or via email.

-Strong written and verbal skills.

-Other administrative duties as assigned.

-Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Intermediate Excel skills a must for this role.

-Able to multitask and function in a fast paced environment.

-Some college required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

-Sense of humor a must!
