Job Description

• Candidate has to handle about manpower estimated 600 . the site is worth of 500 crore .

• Monitoring & Controlling Entire Plant Operations with Compliance of HSE Guidelines (Including Security).

• Closely Supervise the Production Planning, Process Improvements, Yield improvements, batch cycle time Optimization, increase in Right First Time Batches and Engineering Changes through Management of Change Control procedure.

• Ensure proper Root Cause Analysis and Effective Implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions for all the Customer Complaints, In-Process rejections, all kinds of SHE incidents and maintenance breakdown.

• Ensure the Compliance of all the Legal requirements within the due date.

• Identify the Training needs and improve the Skills and Competency of the team (Staff, Permanent and Contract workers).

• Managing key results in OTIF (On Time in Full), OT, Labor Productivity, Customer complaints and Overall Factory Expenses.

• Over all Admin Control over the Plant Operations and New projects.

• Liasoning with Govt. bodies like DGVCL (Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited ), GPCB (Gujarat Pollution Control Board), Factory inspector etc.

• Knowledge over ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), MPP (Manual of Policies and Procedures), Hazop study, DMMP Tech, Devrino tech.

• Handling overall manpower of site with proper system.

Experience: 15- 20 years in chemical/ Dyes industry, atleast 5 years must have worked as plant head. Exposure to batch process is a must, formulation background is preferable. Should have directly handled all types of factory related liaison

Education: B.Tech/B.E in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
