Role Overview:

Were looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who can translate luxury real estate concepts into visually compelling brand assets. This role goes beyond static design as you will also be responsible for crafting high-quality video content that elevates our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-end visual assets for digital and print (sales brochures, social media creatives, presentations, hoardings, print ads, emailers, etc.)

• Develop and maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all touchpoints

• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand positioning

• Create engaging video assets including:

• Brand films and storytelling content

• Social media reels and short-form videos

• Motion graphics and animations

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external vendors (photographers, videographers, editors)

• Edit and enhance raw video footage into polished, premium-quality outputs

• Stay updated with design trends, especially within luxury, real estate, and lifestyle sectors

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video content creation

• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and video creative work (luxury, real estate, or lifestyle preferred)

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent

• Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling

• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and basic animation

• Ability to think conceptually and execute with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
