Job description*:

We are looking for skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultants with strong experience in designing, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions.

The candidate should be capable of handling teams and collaborating effectively with onsite stakeholders.

#Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement D365 CRM solutions

Customize and configure applications based on business needs

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems using Azure services

Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues

Create and maintain technical documentation

Stay updated with the latest CRM features and best practices

Strong hands-on experience in:

Plug-ins and custom workflows

Omnichannel
