Job description*:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture.

• Ideation, design, and development of ServiceNow platform.

• Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow – collecting requirements, writing implementation plans, creating workflows, write JavaScript, customize the UI, and manage groups & roles.

• Manage ServiceNow instances (dev, test, prod) including upgrade process and promotion of changes between environments.

• Coordinate with other ServiceNow resources to define development standards and processes to promote code changes within the instances

• Utilize web services (SOAP and REST), email and other relevant technology to integrate 3rd party systems with ServiceNow

• Automation of processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and other relevant modules and technologies as well as managing data using ETL between ServiceNow and other systems

• Analyze user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows

• Proficient in JavaScript, and HTML

• Development of reports, views and dashboards in ServiceNow and in the consumption of ServiceNow data by other tools/processes

• Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and related work experience.

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow required

• Experience with HTML and Java Script required, Knowledge of Jelly script preferred.

• Good understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management and Request Fulfilment

• Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
