What You'll Do
Lead and perform commercial HVAC installation projects
Install, replace, and upgrade commercial HVAC systems and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
Collaborate with team members, project managers, and customers
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards

Requirements
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and components
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
