Job Description

Position Summary

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading national supply chain and distribution company, for a Warehouse Selector role in Lockbourne, OH. As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations moving by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Pick full-case product orders from warehouse storage locations

Read or scan labels to identify product details and quantities

Stack and organize cases onto pallets or carts

Transport orders to designated dock areas using powered equipment

Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and safety

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

Qualifications & Skills

Must be 18 years or older

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Ability to lift, move, and stack product throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate visual checks

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment

Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures and work instructions

Employment Type & Compensation

This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire position

Pay rate is $21.00 per hour

Application Window: Open until filled

Work Schedule

1st Shift Monday – Friday Start time: 5:00 AM – (shift ends once production goals are met)
