Construction Project Manager (0048-0002)

Coordinate and collaborate with other functions in order to achieve company targets particularly with estimations, Design, Materials, Sales, and Growth teams. Quarterly planning of OKRs, creating the delivery roadmap, designing team's growth/capacity according to company projections. Adjust supply/demand to guarantee installer's capacity to deliver in a timely manner while compliant with State/City regulations. Identify opportunities, create, track and implement strategies and processes to improve overall team efficiency and productivity. Create and monitor business metrics to measure the team's performance and report out towards the company's goals. Control budget by guiding Senior Project Managers to resolve escalated situations, ensure efficient usage of the resources, observe warranty work worders, review Regional Manager's expenses.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field plus 2 years of experience as a Construction Manager, Architect, or related.

Requires 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling construction work, ensuring efficient coordination between vendors, customers, and contractors; understanding building codes and regulations; construction methods, materials, and technologies; evaluating the potential environmental impacts of construction projects and developing mitigation strategies; research and data analysis; CAD software such as AutoCAD; 3D rendering tools like SketchUp; Corel Draw for design tasks; and Microsoft Office package for documentation, reporting, and presentations. Requires Florida contractor's license.
