Are you looking for a chance to brighten the life of another in your spare time? A loving family in Darlington is looking for an as-needed respite provider for a woman with special needs. Experience with Alzheimer’s Disease a plus, but most importantly, someone who possesses a big heart.

Location: Darlington, WI

Wage: $16.32- $18.00/hr

Schedule:

Mon, Tue, and Thu Mornings from 6am to 7am

June 20th, June 27th, and July 18th

Other dates to be determined

Responsibilities:

• Attending to Activities of Daily Living

o Bathing

o Toileting

o Dressing

o Grooming

o Meal Prep

o Medication Administration

• Transportation to and from outings and appointments

• Ensuring Safety and Comfort

Qualifications:

• Age 18 or older at start of employment

• Experience working with adults with Down’s Syndrome and Alzheimer’s is a plus

• Willing to undergo a background check

CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
