The Roles

1. Electrical Apprentice

The Vibe: You’re eager, reliable, and have at least one year of experience under your belt. You’re ready to move past the "beginner" phase and take on real responsibility.

The Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hr (Based on experience).

What you bring to the table:

Residential Pro: You know your way around a home wiring project.

Physical Grit: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating 6ft+ ladders without a sweat.

Technical Mindset: Strong math skills and a precision-first approach to measurements.

On the Move: A valid driver’s license and the confidence to operate large service vehicles.

Tool Savvy: Experience with power tools and a "safety first" mentality.

2. Licensed Electrician

The Vibe: You’re a subject matter expert. You lead by example, solve complex problems on the fly, and take pride in a clean finish.

The Pay: Highly Competitive Wages tailored specifically to your skills, licenses, and what you bring to the team.
