Full Stack Developer - React & .NET (Enterprise POS) - J12866 (HK)

About the Client: We are representing a massive retail conglomerate known for its extensive regional footprint. Their daily operations rely heavily on robust, high-volume Point of Sale (POS) systems. They are currently embarking on an aggressive modernization roadmap, upgrading their customer-facing and backend transaction systems to cutting-edge cloud architectures to maximize operational efficiency.

The Role & Landscape: Joining as a dedicated Developer for this major transformation, you will be the execution engine for the POS technology squad. You will be heavily hands-on, transitioning legacy POS systems into modern, scalable applications.

- Deliver robust new features, application enhancements, and routine maintenance for high-volume in-house POS applications.

- Support the modernization and redevelopment of existing POS systems to vastly improve transaction performance and scalability.

- Facilitate seamless system integrations between backend infrastructures, third-party platforms, and customer-facing applications.

- Contribute directly to operational efficiency by optimizing processes and improving overall POS system performance.

- Assist in maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to ensure traceability and compliance with enterprise standards.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: Must demonstrate at least 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.

- Frontend/Backend: Strong proficiency required in NPM, JavaScript, ReactJSX v18+, and Node.js Express.

- POS / UI Technologies: Must demonstrate capability across POS technologies, including VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Standard 2.0, and C# Modern.NET (.NET 8.0+).

- Databases: Solid working knowledge of both MSSQL and PostgreSQL.

- Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying to and navigating Azure and Alibaba Cloud environments, specifically utilizing App Service, Docker, and Function Compute.
