Software Engineer

The Shattuck Group is looking for a Software Engineer to support small applications development. The position is located in Herndon. You will be part of an existing small team to fulfil this requirement. Basic Qualifications:

TS/SCI with full scope polygraph

Demonstrated experience using JavaScript

Demonstrated experience with the following development languages: Java, NodeJS and Angular

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience automating and scripting using Bash and Teraform

Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex issues and managing and deploying applications in the cloud

Demonstrated experience with REST Web services and SOAP Web services

Demonstrated experience with Spring, Spring Security and Hibernate frameworks

Demonstrated experience with AWS CloudFormation Templates, Load Balancer, Autoscaling, Security Groups, S3 and KMS

Demonstrated experience automating configuration and provisioning of cloud resources

Demonstrated experience with OpenSSL and TLS encryption protocols

Demonstrated experience administrating databases like MySQL
