Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our men’s retail suit store. The ideal candidate will provide professional customer service, motivate and lead the sales team, oversee hiring and training, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales goals, managing daily store operations, preparing reports on sales and buying trends, and maintaining overall store performance and productivity.

Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, and retail sales experience, as well as flexibility with scheduling. Store operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, so availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
