Job Summary:

We are seeking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative to who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary objective is to drive top-of-funnel revenue growth. You will be responsible for researching prospects, identifying target accounts, and initiating meaningful contact through phone, email, and social channels. You will qualify these leads and pass them to senior sales professionals.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research and identify key decision-makers across international markets.

Outreach Execution: Perform high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.

Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients to determine their needs, budget, and readiness to buy using predefined qualification methodologies.

Meeting Booking: Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff.

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages using CRM software.

Market Insight: Provide continuous feedback to the management team regarding prospect objections, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

A Degree Certificate in a relating field.

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.

Software Literacy: Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and digital communication platforms

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear, persuasive English speaking and writing ability.

Strong Internet Supply: High-speed, reliable internet connection capable of handling heavy daily use with a backup supply of uninterrupted power backup system.

Work Ethic: Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
