The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
Track and report on sales metrics and performance
Team Structure: You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in business development or sales
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, Problem Solving, and Relationship Management skills are essential.
