Construction Superintendent - Herndon, VA

We are looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent for projects in Residential and National Chain Restaurants across VA, MD, DC, PA, and nearby regions. $75,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Reviewing construction plans/documents to maintain quality control on-site

Managing multiple subcontractors working on the job to maintain efficiency and proper coordination

Maintain the schedule to meet project milestones and deadlines

Assist subcontractors with material procurement to maintain momentum on-site

Provide regular progress updates/daily reports to keep the team informed

Qualifications:

Understanding/ability to read construction plans/documents

Dependable and trustworthy

Strong communication skills

Willing to travel to jobs (in the areas listed above)

We are a tight-knit family (less than 15 people) that enjoys working together and sharing success over the years.

While we build everything from restaurant chains to multi-story hotels and office buildings, we are currently booked with work from our best clients, which are national restaurant chains.
