Our HVAC Install Apprentices are hands-on learners who play an important role in supporting our installation team while developing the skills needed to grow into a Lead Installer. In this role, you’ll gain real-world experience working alongside experienced professionals, contributing to high-quality installations, and helping us deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience.
Responsibilities
Assisting Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
Gathering, preparing, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
Supporting removal of old equipment and preparation of work areas for installation
Learning to install and connect components such as thermostats, condensers, coils, and related systems
Maintaining a clean, organized, and respectful job site while delivering a positive customer experience
Following all safety protocols and participating in ongoing training to develop technical skills
Other duties as assigned
Pay and Benefits
Pay: $45,000 - $52,000/annually based on experience (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays during our peak season)

Minimum of 1+ year of HVAC experience required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
High level of personal and professional integrity
Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
Regularly required to safely use ladders and work at heights to access attics, crawl spaces, and other elevated areas as part of residential service work, in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines.
Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
