We are looking for a motivated and outgoing 1099 Contractor Field Sales Representative to represent our company in retail locations and local businesses. This independent contractor role involves visiting assigned stores, building relationships with store personnel, promoting products/services, and helping drive sales growth within the territory.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the field, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and can work independently while managing their own schedule.
Responsibilities:
Visit assigned retail stores and business locations regularly
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
Promote company products and services to increase brand awareness and sales
Ensure product displays, marketing materials, and inventory are properly maintained
Identify new sales opportunities and potential partner locations
Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
Submit activity reports and updates on store visits and sales performance
Qualifications:
Previous field sales, outside sales, merchandising, or retail experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to meet sales goals and deadlines
Compensation:
Independent contractor (1099) position with commission and/or performance-based pay. Flexible schedule based on territory needs.
