Nestled in the heart of Columbus' historic German Village, Sycamore is an all-day café and restaurant. Join our team of passionate hospitality professionals committed to delivering exceptional food, beverage, and service in a casual, yet elegant, environment. For this position, we are seeking a friendly, customer-focused candidate that can thrive in a positive work environment and deliver on high standards with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

Build a positive relationship with guests and surrounding communities

Adhere to patrons needs in a timely manner

Attain exceptional knowledge on both food and beverage menus

Maintain safety of guests by monitoring alcohol consumption and checking for proper identification

Establish rapport with new and regular customers

Collaborate with bar and kitchen staff to effectively and efficiently provide quality customer service

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols

Qualifications:

Basic computer literacy

Basic math skills

19+ to apply

Serving experience preferred

Able to work long shifts on occasion (10+ hours)

Available to work nights/weekends/select holidays
