Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Epic and MyChart modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working as an Epic Consultant

• Strong hands-on experience with Epic configuration

• Experience with Epic MyChart module (configuration and support)

• Knowledge of Epic (payer connectivity/integration)

• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication

• Strong experience in testing (unit, integration, UAT)

• Hands-on experience in production support and issue resolution

• Understanding of healthcare workflows, especially payer and revenue cycle

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and documentation skills
