Location: Baltimore City, MD

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Organizational Chain Management Specialist to lead and optimize our supply chain processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management functions. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data analytics, process improvement methodologies, and ERP systems to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies utilizing tools such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and MRP systems to streamline operations.

Analyze supply chain data using Tableau, Power BI, and supply chain analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives employing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies to optimize inventory control, procurement, demand planning, and production scheduling.

Coordinate cross-functional activities including purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of products.

Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions for long-term resolution.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, procurement cycle times, production planning accuracy, and overall supply chain health.

Facilitate training sessions on ERP systems like SAP and Oracle EBS to enhance team capabilities in supply chain management practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; advanced certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing are highly desirable.

Proven experience with ERP systems including SAP ERP and Oracle EBS; strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis is preferred.

Familiarity with demand planning tools like MRP systems and production planning processes.

Expertise in supply chain analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

Knowledge of procurement strategies, inventory management techniques, logistics coordination, and root cause analysis methodologies.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement frameworks like Kaizen.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead change initiatives effectively.
