Role Overview
We aren't looking for a traditional media buyer to push buttons inside Meta Ads Manager all day. We are looking for an elite DTC Performance Marketer who wants to transition into the world of AI product development, starting with a flexible 10-hour weekly commitment.
Your mission is to act as our "Internal Target User" for brands.menu—our state-of-the-art AI ad generation SaaS built for Shopify brands. Instead of running ad accounts for individual e-commerce stores, you will use your deep, battle-tested knowledge of Meta's creative needs to stress-test, UX-test, and quality-control our AI generation engine.

Key Responsibilities
The Ultimate Power User: Run continuous, exhaustive UX testing on our software. You will navigate our new Sifter-to-Canvas workflows, check responsiveness, and ensure the adaptation and export phases are completely frictionless for an active media buyer.
AI Output Quality Control (QA): Evaluate generated image ads against real-world Meta standards. If the AI hallucinations a logo, gets a lighting angle wrong on a skincare bottle, or outputs an unnatural hand placement, you are the final filter that flags it for our prompt engineers.
Angle & Psychology Testing: Validate that our generation models are outputting structurally sound marketing frameworks. You will test how effectively our tool executes angles like Problem-Solution (PAS), Us vs. Them, Listicles, and Feature Spotlights.
Visual Style Calibration: Deeply audit our "Scene Style" generations. You will ensure our Studio Hero, In-Situ (Lifestyle), UGC/Raw, and Human Touch modes are visually distinct and match the exact camera physics and lighting required to break through the feed.
User Research & Feedback Loops: Interface with early-adopter Shopify DTC brands, collect feedback on their creative bottlenecks, and translate those insights into product features for our engineering team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Shopify DTC Heritage: You have spent 2+ years managing performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth for successful Shopify DTC brands. You speak the language of inventory, scaling, and conversion funnels.
Meta Creative Mastery: You don't just look at CTR; you understand Hook Rates, Hold Rates, and the exact visual structures that stop the scroll. You know what a "winning" ad looks like from first principles.
Product-Minded Thinker: You can notice a 2% "identity drift" in an image or a clunky step on an infinite workspace canvas and explain why it fails in a clear technical brief or Loom video.
AI Familiarity: You are highly comfortable working alongside AI tools, understand how prompts map to images, and love testing boundaries to push system constraints to their absolute limits.
