Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the construction and finishing of residential buildings, including framing, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasks

- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions to ensure accurate project execution

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently

- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols

- Support the installation of doors, windows, flooring, and other structural components

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and issues

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in residential construction and carpentry preferred

- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
