SMT OPERATOR ENTRY LEVEL

Job Description

We have an entry level job opportunity for a SMT OPERATOR at our corporate office location in Northbrook, IL. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and life insurance, and paid time off.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Job Requirements

Familiarity with or willingness to learn production machinery.

Strong listening skills to receive and follow the instructions.

Setup, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment according to instructions.

Working on the production line and inspecting finished goods for quality, safety, and compliance with standards.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Ideal candidates are motivated to learn, focused on quality, and organized in manufacturing environments.
