We are looking for bilingual English/Spanish customer support representatives based in Latin America for remote customer service opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, writes professionally, and enjoys helping customers solve problems. You may support customers through chat, email, or phone depending on the client or project.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions in English and Spanish
- Help resolve basic product, service, account, or process-related issues
- Communicate with customers in a clear, patient, and professional tone
- Document conversations, notes, and follow-ups accurately
- Follow support processes and escalation steps
- Identify recurring customer issues and report them to the team
Requirements:
- Strong Spanish communication skills
- Intermediate-high or advanced English
- Professional writing skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Organized, patient, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, chat support, email support, sales, or virtual assistant work is helpful
