Systems Administrator (iCIMS) – Remote Contract Opportunity

Irvine, CA Remote Contract

We are hiring a Systems Administrator with strong iCIMS expertise to support and optimize enterprise Talent Acquisition systems and recruitment operations. This role will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to manage system administration, integrations, reporting, and process improvements across the iCIMS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain iCIMS modules including ATS, CRM, Offer, Onboarding, and Text.

Provide system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and training.

Ensure data integrity and compliance across recruitment systems and reporting platforms.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Core HR teams on recruitment technology architecture and integrations.

Support and coordinate iCIMS integration projects with IT teams and vendors.

Develop dashboards and KPI metrics for recruitment analytics and operational reporting.

Generate reports related to hiring trends, source tracking, retention metrics, and workforce insights.

Drive recruiting process consistency through documentation, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration.

Support employer branding tools, job board integrations, and recruiting technology enhancements.

Maintain compliance with data privacy and recruiting governance standards.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience administering iCIMS or similar ATS/HR systems.

Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, HR operations, and Talent Acquisition processes.

Experience with reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data visualization.

Knowledge of system integrations, data validation, and troubleshooting.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, TA, and IT teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with workforce analytics and recruiting KPI reporting.

Familiarity with employer branding tools and job board integrations.

Knowledge of compliance and data privacy standards in HR systems.
