About the role

BCGA Foundation is seeking detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Clerks to support administrative operations across our education, gaming, esports, and technology programs.

This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who are accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with digital systems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal operations, and ensuring data integrity across multiple programs and initiatives.

As part of the team, you’ll help manage participant information, program records, reporting data, and administrative documentation while contributing to initiatives that create opportunities for underserved communities nationwide.

What you’ll do

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across company systems and databases

• Review information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details

• Process forms, records, reports, and administrative documents efficiently

• Organize digital files and maintain confidential information securely

• Assist with data tracking, reporting, and record management tasks

• Communicate with internal teams regarding document updates and corrections

• Follow established procedures, compliance standards, and data management guidelines

• Support administrative projects and operational tasks as assigned

What we’re looking for

• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Ability to type accurately and efficiently

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
