We are growing our virtual sales division and adding new team members who are comfortable speaking with people, learning a structured process, and helping clients take the next step after requesting information.
This position is focused on working with warm inquiries. You will not be contacting random prospects. The clients you speak with have already shown interest and are looking for more details about the programs available to them.
You will receive training on how to manage conversations, run virtual appointments, explain program details, answer questions, and help clients complete the process from start to finish.
Day-to-Day Role
In this position, you will:
Reach out to assigned clients who requested information
Arrange phone or video meetings
Walk clients through available benefit programs
Ask questions to better understand their needs
Provide clear explanations and support
Help clients complete digital paperwork when needed
Follow up with clients after appointments
Track conversations and update client records
Join team calls, coaching sessions, and sales training
Develop your communication, sales, and leadership skills
