About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a growing remote sales team. This role is designed for people who are confident communicating with clients, enjoy building relationships, and want the opportunity to grow in a performance-based environment.
As a Sales Representative, you will work with individuals and families who have already requested information about available benefit programs. Your role will be to follow up, schedule virtual appointments, explain options clearly, answer questions, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
This is a fully remote opportunity with training, mentorship, and support provided from day one.
What You’ll Do
Connect with interested clients who have requested information
Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
Conduct phone and video presentations
Explain available benefit options in a clear and professional way
Ask questions to understand each client’s needs
Recommend suitable solutions based on the consultation
Follow up with clients throughout the process
Assist with online forms and documentation
Maintain accurate client records and notes
Participate in sales training, coaching, and team development
