Position Overview

We are adding new team members to support individuals and families through a simple virtual service process. This role is focused on communication, appointment coordination, basic benefit education, and providing a professional experience from start to finish.

You will work from home while connecting with members who have already requested information. Your job is to help them understand the next steps, schedule virtual meetings, answer general questions, and assist with basic online documents or account updates.

No prior industry experience is needed. Training, coaching, and support are provided.

What the Role Includes

Managing communication with members who requested information
