Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Proficient in Computer
Has excellent organization, planning and problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a general filing system and documenting all the correspondence
Responding on a timely basis to public inquiries including emails of the President
Facilitate and prepares correspondence such as letters, reports and others regarding all assigned transaction from the President.
Thoroughly screens correspondence such as direct and relay incoming mails, correspondence, telephone messages and fax messages.
Screens visitors and assisting the chairman on his meetings
Monitoring and coordinating calendar of activities of the President and reminding him on his schedules.
Prepares and coordinate the conference room for meetings and facilitate all materials required for each meeting including condiments
Takes down minutes as maybe requested by the President
Facilitates travel arrangements (booking of flights, and arranging transport as needed)
Schedules appointments, meetings and conferences for business procurement or for presentation to be delivered.
Maintains data shared between the departments, clients, ongoing and incoming projects by filling and recording the information accordingly ( as hard copies and electronic filing system)
Respond to phone inquiries and providing necessary information to the individual departmental managers, clients and processing information.
Attending meetings and official events on behalf of the President
Safe keep all documents related to the personal information
Handles all legal documents pertaining to the company vehicles
