The Role & Landscape: As an M365 Copilot Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical executor bringing AI solutions to life. Working under the guidance of senior architects, you will help configure, build, and deploy Copilot capabilities that integrate securely with massive enterprise data layers.

- Build, configure, and test custom Copilot solutions and agent experiences using Copilot Studio.

- Deliver automation and workflow enhancements using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse) to support AI use cases.

- Assist in integrating Copilot agents with enterprise data via Microsoft Graph API, ensuring proper permissions and data access.

- Run functional, safety, and regression testing for Copilot prompts and agent creations, remediating issues from user feedback.

- Implement and monitor essential enterprise guardrails, adhering to strict data loss prevention and information protection standards.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders and telemetry platforms to track user adoption and improve AI agent performance.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3 to 5 years of solid technical experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on the Power Platform.

- Hands-on proficiency building workflows with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

- Foundational exposure to (or highly active sandbox/POC experience with) Copilot Studio and AI agent creation.

- A working understanding of Microsoft Graph API for integrating identity, mail, or SharePoint workflows.

- Familiarity with M365 security concepts, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and enterprise information protection.

- A strong, proactive learning mindset: you are eager to absorb prompt engineering patterns and responsible AI principles at an enterprise scale.

- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse, global team.
