Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.

Minimum of 5 years combined experience in project construction engineering or coordination.

At least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Experience in ports and offshore construction projects is required.

Quantity surveying.

Site workflows and operations.

Ability to manage multiple small to medium-scale projects simultaneously.

Skilled in project planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitor progress and prepare reports for management.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
