Work model: 50% telecommuting, 50% Office per week

--- Project Description ---

This position will design and implement software solutions and

ensure current and new technologies are effectively integrated

to fulfil business needs.

--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---

1. Act as the primary technical liaison with technical

infrastructure teams to resolve problems and implement

solutions to technical issues impacting application

performance.

2. Work with the Infrastructure team to execute activities such as

performance test planning and execution failure failover

planning and execution, endurance testing and deployment

planning and testing.

3. Provide the analysis, design, development, and code review of

enterprise applications using JAVA/JEE, JSF, Web Services and

the IBM Portal/WebSphere Application development software.

4. Perform oversight of development activities which may include

data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation,

preparing logical database models, testing and implementation.

5. Prepare, and/or review technical documentation such as

designs, schemas, etc., as appropriate.

6. Provide technical guidance to team of developers.

--- Required Qualifications ---

• 84 months of experience planning, designing, and implementing

enterprise applications using JSF (Java Server Faces)

• 84 months of experience planning, designing, implementing and

integrating IBM WebSphere Portal 6+.

• 84 months of experience planning, designing, and implementing

solutions in using EJB 3+.

• 84 months of experience planning, designing, and implementing

solutions in document management solutions FileNet.

• 84 months of experience planning, designing, and implementing

solutions in using the Elasticsearch technology stack.
