Entrepreneur is recruiting a Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support, including business development, agenda setting, finance and logistics management.
About the role: seeking a highly organized, self-driven and business-minded Assistant to support professional operations.
Key responsibilities:
Working closely with the principal on agenda setting and prioritization
Attending meetings, draft reports and prepare relevant documentation.
Organized and structured ability to be independent, managing travels and communications in a professional and responsible way.
Assist with market research, act as a reliable liaison between the principal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Must be located in Europe and willing to travel for business mainly.
English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative role supporting entrepreneurs/executives, or a relevant profile willing to grow into the role.
Ability to work autonomously with a "self-starter" personality.
Experienced with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
