• Access Management: Setting up user access levels, badges, and roles.

• System Maintenance: Performing software patches, hardware upgrades, and database management.

• Monitoring & Compliance: Ensuring system compliance with security protocols and auditing user activity.

• Incident Response: Investigating alarms and security incidents in real-time,

Knowledge of Software House C-CURE 9000, Windows Server environments, and SQL database management.

Need to work and support on L1,L2 and L3 scope related tickets in C-CURE
